At Atness Wellness we offer individual therapy for clients 18+

Clients have the option to receive a therapeutic approach that is centered around their goals, their needs, and their most impactful life events which have shaped their desires, behaviors, thought processes etc.

1st session is 75-80min $165

2nd session and continued 50-60 minute $150

Options for 40-45minute sessions available if needed for scheduling purposes $125

SPECIAL Industry Sliding Scale: Healthcare workers and Current Mental Health Therapists available

Insurances Accepted: United Health Care, UMR, Optum Care-- Billing and Benefits checked prior to first appointment. Client responsibility based on personal deductibles.

VIRTUAL option available

Intake Appointment

Clients will complete forms through out HIPPA compliant patient portal. All forms of background, history, and consent to be completed 48hours prior to first appointment.

Continued Sessions code 90837

Clients receive 1:1 sessions with Fergie at her office space or a predetermined nature spot in/around The Woodlands, TX for a 50-60min session. Sessions will be focused on the goals of therapy previously discussed and determined between client/therapist.

Introduction Call

New clients are welcome to request a 10-15 minute free consultation with Fergie Havemann to properly access needs of client for their journey. An appointment is required and can be made through the website or by emailing atnesswellness@gmail.com

WALK AND TALKS

Once there is an established relationship and HIPPA consents are uploaded, the option for WALK AND TALKS are available to clients

There is no extra charge for these, however the added time of travel will need to be discussed prior to scheduling these options of sessions.
